Program Coordinator / Staff Minister

About the Role
Inter Collegiate Prayer Fellowship (ICPF) is seeking a full-time Program Coordinator / Staff Minister to join our International Mission Staff. This position plays a key role in fulfilling ICPF’s mission to “Impact the Next Generation” by developing and executing local and international mission programs. The ideal candidate will foster a spirit of service and compassion while equipping student leaders for effective campus ministry and global outreach.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the ICPF International Mission Board to plan and coordinate mission activities.
- Oversee and support campus ministries and student leadership development.
- Lead and organize international mission trips.
- Motivate and equip student leaders with sound, biblical teaching.
- Manage administrative duties such as information handling and logistical planning.
- Travel domestically and internationally as required.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required; Bible training preferred.
- Passionate about youth ministry and aligned with the vision and mission of ICPF.
- Spirit-filled and grounded in the Word of God.
- Flexible and adaptable to various ministry needs.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Preferred Experience
- Experience in youth program development and/or curriculum building.
- Cross-cultural sensitivity and global ministry experience.
- Proficiency with social media platforms for content creation and engagement.
